This week, I am up to running my 3 miles at 5 mph. I ran that Sunday and today.... I am really wanting to do that half marathon in June next year and the best thing I can do now is keep my base of 3 miles steady and strong. In 2 weeks I'll go up to 5.1 mph and up every 2 weeks from there go up by 0.1, that will bring me up to my goal of 6.0 mph by the start of the 10 week training for the half marathon!!!
WOO-HOO! Time to shower!
