Life....

Life always seems so busy, most of the time I love that, but it also makes time seem to go even faster than it already is when there's so much stuff going on.

Jade graduates this school year: June 2010, and I really want to enjoy every moment. We just filled out the order form for her cap/gown/tassel and all the announcement stuff and other nick-knacks they try to sell you that I think Jade needs.

2 months of the school year are already over.... going by too quickly.

I can't believe my baby is GRADUATING....I'm sure like every other mother, I remember when she was just born.... her sweet little face...

I remember when she was 3 and she dove into a cake I had made for a special occasion and with frosting all over her face she said " I love you mommy".

I remember when she was about 5, and I had to punish her for something and she said "don't rotten my fun mom!"

I remember when she was about the same age and I was trying to keep her quiet for some reason and she said "mom, my mouth just won't shut-up".

So many memories about that wonderful sweet girl that God has blessed me with....

I didn't think I'd be one of those mothers that cry at the graduation... but now I don't know, I'm sure all these memories and more will come flooding back during the ceremony in June....

Love everyday, every moment you have with your kids...

Geesh Katie...

You made me tear up!! I remember those things with my kids too...and now look at them! I even have fun (and "not so fun"...your asthma attack when I was babysitting you)memories of a sweet little girl named Katie...that grew up to be an amazing mother!
And do enjoy EVERY minute...I told myself that many times when my kids were younger.

Love, Auntie Mary

You are a great mother! And Jade is amazing in so many ways. I can't belive she is all grown up...
However, She will always be your little girl that loves her mommy always and nothing will change that. She will still be your baby.
Love you, Misty

Katie-that was so sweet and you just about caused me to flood tears all over the place!!

Since we're on a Jade love-fest, what I love about Jade is her passion for Jesus, the truth, and wanting others to be saved. It's very much the scripture that says, "I have no greater joy than this, to hear of my children walking in the truth.' 3 John 1:4

She is awesome, amazing and she DID grow up too fast!!! Love ya both!
