I love the starburst stone of peridot. It's hard to see, but it has her name on it, her initials, and a picture on either side, one of a paint pallet, and the other of a child with A B C blocks for child development. So cool!!Here's an awesome picture. We have 4 generations of class rings in our family. Remember you gave me yours Grandma Shield a long time ago?
Here's Great-Grandma: Lorraine's class of 1935.
Grandma: Cindy's class of 1968.
Mom: Katie's class of 1993.
And daughter: Jade's class of 2010!!!!
After church today, Jade was staying after for a meeting. She works with the toddlers during the service a couple times a month. And they were wanting all the volunteers to stay after for pizza and the meeting. Kent and I were going home cause I have house cleaning to do, and Kent has homework of course. So Jeromy was going to stay after, and to also help tare down equipment.
Well, Mr. Ashcraft can't eat pizza cause of the cheese, but he really wants to eat the pizza! Poor guy. So I made him a chicken sandwich this morning so he could eat it during the meeting. Why am I telling you all this? I don't know. But I made him this delicious chicken sandwich with chopped up onion, flax seed and garlic salt sprinkled in. And he wanted me to add pickles and olives.... totally ruined the sandwich.... YUCK! To me anyway! He was happy tho.
Ok, enough misc. talk about sandwiches. I can't put off folding that mountain of laundry any more... I mean I could.... but I won't....
God bless you all and have a great day!

Jade's ring is beautiful. Can't wait to see it in person.
I think it's incredible that you have four generations that graduated from school! Goodjob, Grandma...(my grandpa made it through 5th grade.) BTW-I love hearing about your church activities..it's how I know that Jer is now doing communion and Jade is helping in SS!!!
