We got chicks...

They are so cute....
We got 2 White Leghorn chicks, and this weekend Jeromy is getting 2 more Rhode Island Red chicks. At Farmland, we got all the equipment for them... food, heat lamp, little rocks stuff to help them digest their food, and some other stuff.
Here's some more chick picks... this is the box we carried them home in...
Jeromy is doing some serious bonding right here...

And checking out there new home before they go outside to live...

Checking out their water dish...
Is she gargling???
Now checking out their food dish...
Kent and Jade are going to name these first 2 chicks, Kent is thinking of the name "Garcia" cause he thinks it sounds cool, he was pretty fascinated with these little chicks...
We didn't want Dynamite to feel left out so I got a couple pictures of her chowing down...

And yesterday Jeromy was working on a job for a client and he had Jade help in the garage for a bit with cutting some boards down, she took this picture of herself....

Now I gotta go get ready for work. Have a great day!

Those chicks are just too cute! Now maybe you won't keep bugging me about giving you mine stuffed ones. You're so subtle!

The chicks are cute!

You said they were White Leghorns. Do you remember the cartoon with Foghorn Leghorn? The rooster with the southern accent. He always cracked me up...but it didn't take much!

Enjoy the new additions.

Love ya...Auntie Mary
