Day 3

Of Training. I gotta psych myself up here people, cause I know a few weeks in I'm going to get bored, so I gotta stay excited! Did my 4 miles Monday, I also did my cardio video yesterday with Jade which was nice having that little bit of motivation doing it together. And my abs feel tight and sore, but a good sore you know what I mean? Today is another 4 miles. I also had Weight Watchers this morning. Jade has decided to stop going. She went for a couple of months and she learned some great tips she said and lost some weight- yeah - but now she's going to continue on her own. I'm still going to go by myself for a while. I'm motivated right now, and the discipline W.W. has is helping me stay on track. So now the weight loss totals will just be me. So today I have now lost 27 pounds since starting W.W. woo-hoo!!! That's like almost 3 each 10 pound bags of potatoes- crazy! So that's all for now. Getting excited with all that sunshine out there, just wish it felt like 80' instead of 45'!!
