Week 7 Training...
This is the toughest week of training out of the 10 week training. The last couple weeks, the training slows down a little to rest before the actual race. I missed running Monday cause we painted most of the day so I ran today.
Monday: Rest- aka painting!
Tuesday: 4 miles
Wednesday: 6 miles
Thursday: 4 miles
Friday: 50 minute cardio workout
Saturday: 12 miles wow!
Sunday: Rest
Sounds like the weather is not going to be very nice for a while- lame! Oh well. Have a great week anyway!

I worry you're overdoing it!
I bet those 4 miles feel like nothing after running 10! How is your body responding to this workout? Is your metabolism in high gear?
