week 5

Monday starts week 5 of the half marathon training...

Monday: 3 miles
Tuesday: 50 min. cardio
Wednesday: 5 miles
Thursday: 3 miles
Friday: 50 min. cardio
Saturday: 10 miles... crazy
Sunday: REST!!
