I really dislike 12 hour shifts.

Man, the paycheck is outstanding. But everyone at work is irritable, cranky, tired. This is not a group of people I want to be around in an enclosed space for 12 hours straight. You know I could fill this post up with complaining... but I won't... I'm so tired of complaining... just so tired... when ever I get so defeated and tired to where I can't even think straight... I start humming this song... from my childhood:

"Jesus loves me this I know, for the Bible tells me so, little ones to Him belong, they are weak but He is strong."

On top of working 12's, I'm also training for my half marathon, I've done all my running so far for the week, but I'm not able to get my cardio video in today, cause I have to run some errands and that's all the time I have.

But here's a couple of pictures... here's Jade working on her culminating project for her mandatory senior social studies class. She's researching on how to become a nanny, and why she wants to do it. This is her display board, she has to give a presentation to the faculty of off-campus mid May.... she's soooo darn cute..

Here's the recessed lighting Jeromy has put in the living room, now he's going to mud/texture the ceiling next I think...And I wanted to be able to dim the lighting.... here's my dimmer switch. One day last week Jeromy was in the attic wiring all 6 new lights and installing the dimmer switch with Jade's help... there used to be a huge shelf on this wall, but I'm decluttering as I go, so there was some major holes Jeromy patched in this wall, this is also one of the walls that is getting painted when the ceiling is all done. I can't wait.Well, time to go run my errands. Have a great day.
