More training....

This is week 3 of week 10 for the Half Marathon Training.

I'm doing this for my own motivation so sorry if it's becoming repetitious!

Monday: 3 miles
Tuesday: Cardio workout
Wednesday: 4 miles
Thursday: 3 miles
Friday: Cardio workout
Saturday: 6 miles
Sunday: Rest

I'm happy to report that I did all my "planned" training last week, I can't remember the last time I worked out 6 out of 7 day... I don't think that's ever happened.

Don't worry mom, I'm taking good care of myself, and I'm having no hip or knee pain.

Well, you inspire me. I just got a treadmill for my birthday, and so for the last week I have run nearly every morning, but I'm just now only doing 1 1/2 miles. I'll get there, though!
About Misha...tell her I would love to chat with her too, and definently this summer!!!
