Oh my goodness...

Jade and I did my Gillian Michael's DVD one hour workout yesterday. We hadn't done it in a while. And I need to do some cross training for my training with the half marathon. Just running will wear out those muscles while neglected others... therefore I'll do the torturous DVD.

Man, the actual work out was seriously tough. But after words, Jade and I hi-5ed and it was done and I felt fine.

But some time after I went to bed last night, every muscle in my body decided to remind me of how hard I worked. Just rolling over in bed made me grown. WOW! Don't get me wrong, this is a good sore, but it is SORE!

Just sitting down at the computer right now made all the muscles up and down my legs, my abs, rib cage and even my shoulders cry a little.

Just wanted to share that with you.

I know what you're saying...It's Jilliam Michaels from Biggest Loser, right? Good job, keep it up. Maybe we can long-distance encourage one another to keep going!
