The last couple of days...

The last couple of days have been... can you guess?.... BUSY!!!

Jeromy bought a new thing for the family. Kent is helping him put it together... can you guess what it is???

Ta-dah!

All 4 of us are interested in learning how to play. Jade and Kent took lessons years ago and they were pretty good!This style of key board kinda teaches you, there's an instructional book and a headset so the whole house doesn't have to hear the practicing.

Now onto Friday, Jeromy was scheduled to have one of his wisdom teeth pulled that was staring to abscess. We got some soft foods for him and his prescriptions filled...

Now these next couple of videos are kinda funny/disturbing. We joked before the surgery that I'd video tape him after cause we knew he's be feeling all goofy. So when I was video taping he WAS acting goofy. Then several hours later I showed him the videos and he has NOOOO memory of me videoing him and he remember nothing that he said.

It also helps if you've seen that Utube video of that boy whose father video taped him after a tooth procedure. Jeromy imitates that little boy. So sorry grandma if he seems disturbed... I guess he kinda is LOL!!!

I also wanted to say that this man loves Jesus! He was trying to talk to the dentist and the nurses about Jesus. And in his condition it was pretty hilarious!

After we got home I thought it would be funny to video tape Jeromy eating some apple sauce with half his mouth numb- cheap entertainment for me I guess. Well, he wanted to prove he could eat it just fine, but notice at the very end he flicks himself in his own face... why? I can't really ask him cause he remembers nothing of this video- so funny!

Oh ya, he kept calling the kids leprechauns, I thought he was just being weird, but it dawned on me that the kids were both wearing their bright green sweatshirts which you'll see in this video!!!

The kids had busy weekends as well. Kent went as spent 3.5 hours at school Friday night earning some honor society work hours by helping out with set up of the talent show at the high school. He said he had a great time. He's kind of a loner, and likes to be by himself, but he likes to people watch and see what's going on around him.

Jade spent the night at a family from church who were having about 13 other teenage girls staying over to talk about the virtues of staying pure. Jade said she had a great time and she was with a great bunch of girls. The next day we met Jade at the church office and they had a nice lunch for the kids and the parents and talked about what they went over.

Today after church, it was such a nice day we decided to get some yard work done. Jeromy has been working really hard on opening up the yard and leveling things out. Today he was removing these wood pilings....

While Jeromy and the kids did that, I mowed the lawn for the first time this year... the yard is looking so open, just wish we had green grass growing everywhere, there's alot of dead spots...

Jade and Kent also cleaned up around this Japanese Maple in the front yard- this one I'm keeping!And lastly, last night we died the under part of Jade's hair a pretty burgundy. Actually it washes out in 28 shampoos so it's not permanent. She just wanted to do something fun. You can kinda see it in this light....So that's all.
