Full flavor ranch, I just don't like the low fat/fat free taste....And of course CHEESE!!!
My friend Christy pointed out to me before that my salad was healthy until I put the cheese and dressing on it. But those are "intentional" fats. I don't eat very much fat during the day, which is important to consume in moderation, so I put it on where I love it- and I love cheese! Same with peanut butter. It's loaded with fat, but healthy fat if it's all natural. So I get to eat some of my favorite foods- cheese and peanut butter everyday if it's in moderation and still lose weight.
Now the reason I call this salad "almost" perfect is because it's missing onion and I didn't have any, onions are delicious on salad!

did you know cheese has 110 calories per OUNCE. Avacado is a better fat! = ) love ya!
