stuff

Today's pretty busy, but I just couldn't put in another post with out a picture. But I just got off the treadmil so I am NOT picture ready, but here's my treadmil. I just jogged 3 miles. Awesome!

Today Kent has his honor society meeting, then his news paper club, and then a track meet. Busy boy. Not to mention some papers he's got to write for a couple classes.

Jade has driver's ed. class tonight. We switched her sylvan time to saturday cause she couldn't be in 2 places at once. She drove me all over town this morning. She drove me to Albertsons, Safeway, Target and then my bank, and then to her school. You forget our close the bank drive up stalls are until a 16 year old is driving you, she did great tho. It was kind of funny .... when we pulled up to the drive thru teller, I told Jade it's a good idea to put the car in park while we wait, just incase she gets distracted. And right after she did, she reached over to grab the little case that you get your money out of, well she really had to reach for it and she pressed really hard on the gas, scared us both, so I told her "see? good thing the car was in park or we would have run head long into some bushes and then a brick wall"... hahaha... nervous laughter. Other than that she did do really well.

While at Target, Jade and I got a work-out video and some 3 pound weights for her (I already have some). I think my body is getting used to the running. So I need to mix it up a bit, I still want to run cause it's cool to kill 500-700 calories, but I need some abs stuff, you know what I'm saying? And Jade wants to get on some kind of regular work out as well, so we thought we'd try this video in between the running days.... we'll see....

The people at work are having a mexican potlock for me today cause....drum roll.... I am leaving and going to be working out at Bangor for the next several months, they need to switch people out and I get to go, I am so excited. I need a break from the shipyard.
