House hunting....

First we had to take Aurora home a little earlier than planned today, she was not feeling well at all. She woke up in the middle of the night with what seemed like an asthma attack and she was crying- poor baby. She also had a fever when she woke up, so she wanted to go home. Here she is while we were driving back to Tacoma, her little head was rolling around while she slept...

Now I know we just decided to move, and it is way to early to get too excited about the "new" house, but TOO LATE! We already have a house that we like. I really like it. I mean I really really like itf!! I didn't think I could down size and be happy, but I think this house is perfect.

It is about 1900 sq ft. And it is one story which we wanted- but it turns out there is a loft that is completely finished up stairs not included in that square footage. And it is the whole floor plan up stairs- a great play/ game area for the kids. But Jeromy can't stand up straight, but it is just bonus space for the kids! Oh and this property sits on 3.6 acres of land, we love that! We both really wanted to have land! Here's some outside pictures... I know I'm probably getting ahead of myself...

Love the front door entry way....Kinda country looking here, but Jeromy likes it. This is standing at the front door looking out to the road...We ventured out into the back yard and there are alot of trails back there, we even found a dead car... that will have to go....This is from the back yard looking at the back of the house, love that big tree right there...Jeromy with his clip board taking notes....

Now to the inside, the previous owners kinda stripped the place, so the was NOTHING in the kitchen, but the mortgage guy and the realitor lady said we would just get a "Rehab loan" and pick out what stuff we wanted and that would just get tacked onto the loan of the house.There's that empty kitchen...and Jeromy taking measurements with his clipboard...Here's the master bath, (the people even took the doors) this bathroom had 2 doors going to it which neither of us like, so that opening Jeromy would just put a wall there, making it only accessible thru the master bedroom (am I getting ahead of myself??) And that's Jade running up the stairs... to the loft...Here's that loft, for not knowing this space was there, it's ALOT of space... and it's all finished!!!This is standing in the kitchen looking where cabinets will go facing the dining room....That blueish-green carpet is going to go... if we get the house of course hahaha.... we already are talking about hardwood floors there and in the kitchen... and this house already has radiant heat which Jeromy said he's always wanted- real efficient heating he says...When we got home Jeromy drew up the kitchen floor plan in his drawing program... then we went to home depot to check out all there stuff... ya ya ya I KNOW I'm getting ahead of myself but it was so fun, and Jeromy said if we don't get the house at least we had fun spending time together- so sweet! But I want that house. We spent almost 2 hours in home depot pricing cabinets- with mocha stain love it! Counter tops, appliances, and hardwood floor and some other misc stuff like interior doors, faucets, door locks- so much fun.

I also drew up a rough sketch of the floor plan cause I like to see it! My brother and I used to do this growing up, draw imaginary floor plans to cool houses, so this was kinda fun...

I am exhausted by how much fun we had, and how excited I am... I hope it is in God's will for us to move out of this house and get THIS house, cause HE can make it happen!
