The barn is done!

We finished the barn yesterday afternoon! I missed a couple days of blogging because we'd go to the job site and work and then from there go straight to the shipyard. No time to blog... but now I'm back!

The weather was so awesome, so I didn't mind working out in it. Here's some more pictures of the work... Here's Jeromy painting the highest point of the roof in the back... can you see him up there?Here's Jeromy masking off the front window, that boy is NOT afraid to climb up a ladder...Me? I'm a little nervous up that high, but I just go alot slower....Here's another one of Jeromy painting the window trim...So here's one more picture of the before...And now the after... see how Jeromy's SATCAHR logo on his van got in the picture?? COOL!And the back completed, with the small door he replaced...This was Jeromy's biggest job to date, so much so we're going to celebrate tomorrow night at "Anthony's"-- I've been wanting to try that place for a long time now!

The client was extremely happy with the work done. We even finished a day earlier then expected-- I was happy about that, too :o) He also said that in August he had some deck work he wanted done and some work done on his fence. And since he was so happy with what we did so far, he wants us to do the other work, too. $$$$$ So things have been really good for SATCAHR, that Jeromy has been thinking he may be "retiring" from the shipyard sooner than we originally planned. We'll see....

I know I've said it many times before, but I think Jeromy is awesome! He's such a hard worker, the only person I can compare him to is my dad. My dad is such a hard worker, too. He's always out doing a good job with what ever he does. Thanks dad, for being such a great role model of what being an honest hard working man is, so I had a good example to see, so I could spot that awesome trait in my own future husband. An honest hard working man with integrity is HARD to come by! Thanks dad! And Jeromy!

Ok, let's see... I talked to Jade and Kent the other night and they are having fun in California. They are going swimming alot at Angela's (Josh's wife) sister's house who has a pool. And Monday they are going to the "Police" reunion tour concert. So fun. Then they are flying to Las Vegas for a few days, and then I think they were driving to the Grand Canyon. So they have alot of fun stuff planned.

Today Jeromy and I are relaxing after our big job... well we do have a dump run to do, run to Home Depot, and do some paper work for the business.... but still it's pretty much relaxing. We just have to thank God right now for being with us, watching over us during this job, keeping us safe, and all the other ways He's helped us and continues to help us! Thank You!!

I think I may be able to even lay out on my lawn chair and get some sun today WOO-HOO!!!
