Back to dayshift.... :o(

Just for the week though! :o)

For those of you who don't know, Jeromy and I work in the same shop and he is stand-in supervisor this week. He just finished the apprenticeship about a week ago. That's the earliest a graduated apprentice has turned around to be a fill-in supervisor. They know a good thing when they see it. Too bad he'll be leaving the shipyard soon.... NOT!!

Anyway, since we're married, it would cause a "conflict of interests", so management asked me (more like told me) to go to day shift for the week. Jeromy's so sweet, he said he'd turn down the chance to make me happy, but I knew he also wanted the experience of being a fill-in supervisor. So how could I ask him to turn it down? Anyway, so I'm on days (grumbling noises...)

But I did take tomorrow off, so really it's only 4 days on day shift :o)

So when I got home today, I thought I should tackle the laundry... with Jeromy's day job, and our night job, the laundry was piling up... And don't be scared... here's how it looks now... Also worked on some scrap booking over the weekend... I can't remember if I already shared Kent's junior high track pictures with you...Here's a grouping of my "favorite people" page.... Here's one of the back yard.. yeah, lots-o-weeds! But I did mow the lawn yesterday!

And here's one of my kitchen/living room. Slightly distorted, but it still looks cool!And now, these bananas are screaming to be made into banana bread. I think I will answer their call...
