Already the 3rd....day of 2010

I think it won't feel official until I write that first check writing 2010.

Well, today is my last day off before going back to work. I have had a great 12 days off. Such a nice break from everything "ship yard" related. It has been really great just spending time with friends and family.

We also had some good news this morning, while we were at church Jeromy got a call from a realtor who wanted to show our house today between 1 and 2pm. AWESOME! So since we couldn't go home, Jeromy thought we should go to the pancake house right after church- SUPER AWESOME!

Well, I've been wondering if we should keep the house on the market or just refinance, so I'm praying that a showing so soon after Christmas is a sign to leave it on the market a little bit longer... it's been on the market since last September.
