Anyway, the kids and I are doing the "Sound to Narrows" run this June 13th (Kent's for real 15th birthday). I am running the 12K (7.45 miles) and the kids are doing their first 5K (3 miles). They usual run the 1 mile when I run, but they are going to go for the 3 miles!! Jeromy has to take it easy on his knees, so he will be the photographer!
The website for the run has a 9 week training suggestion to train for the 12k and the 5K, so I made a fancier version to help the kids and I stay motivated.... we each have our own sheet that we can mark off as we go...
