I was looking forward to today because I thought we'd be able to spend the day at home relaxing, but I think we made more stops today then we did in the whole week combined!
But that's ok, we got things to do!
First, we dropped one of Jeromy's Satcahr checks into his business acct WOO-HOO! Then Jeromy has been looking for a little commuter car the last week or so, because I have my car at work at night, and he doesn't want to use his work van for driving around town with the kids.... SOOOOO, out of the cars he's been looking for, he came across this 1968 Volkswagen. The kids thought it was pretty cool!
It seems to run pretty good, but definitely needs some TLC on the inside! It looks like a bumble bee from the back!
It will be weird getting used to seeing this car in our driveway...
Then it was lunch time, everybody loves fries and fish sticks...
Then Jeromy and I headed out again, to Home Depot- he needed to get some prices for a future job. Then we went to Best Buy, to get some much need computer stuff. Jeromy got an external hard drive, a new mouse- because the one we had was about to be destroyed into a million little pieces, and a new inti-virus protection program, it's called Internet Security 2009... we'll see...
Then we came back home AGAIN, and got the kids for our 3rd outing for the day.... we went to Barnes N Noble. Jade had some birthday money she needed to unload, she only bought 2 books, but she got 4 more on back order. My kids LOVE to read and I LOVE that! Here's Kent being so cute reading a guide book, and drinking his frap...
Then we headed over to my mom's house to get some more garage sale stuff, we will be having this garage sale some time soon, it just seems to be getting pushed back later and later! Here's grandma and the kids...
And all of us... and for the record, Kent is standing on his tip-toes, he is NOT that much taller than me!
Then, that's right , we're not done yet.... we went to Office depot to get the kids some basic school supplies, until their first day to find out exactly what they need. They were pretty happy though!

OK, I think that's it. Busy day, and tomorrow is busy, too, but I am thankful to God for the days I am given.
