The Wild Iris Inn.

Jeromy and I got away for a few days last weekend. Friday thru sunday. I wanted to go to a cool little bed and breakfast place cause I have never been to one. Jeromy and I both looked online for ones that looked nice, and Jeromy found this one. It's about 3 hours away, in Sgagit Valley I think, right next to the tulip festival place.

It's called: The Wild Iris Inn
This was a sitting room right next to the check in desk. It was pretty cute, almost hobbit like.
Going up the stairs to our room. This tree has an ivy feel to it... it looked cool.
Our room was niiiice...
They have these cookies that the staff put our everyday in the room... they are HUGE!!!
The first night we just stayed in cause we were tired. When we checked in they told us about their amazing 2 course breakfast that is in the restaurant just off the check in desk, or they said we could have it delivered to our room. That's what I'm talking about... here's our breakfast in bed...

After breakfast, and a long lazy morning, we took a walk to all the nearby touristy stuff. The weather was perfect.Stopped for lunch at a seafood restaurant by the water..After shopping around, we headed back to our room to chill. Then we headed back out late and went to this restaurant called "Seeds", it looked pretty cool. But it was packed, so we got our food to go and ate in our room- alot nicer! The next morning we had breakfast in bed again, then it was time to check out.

Before heading straight home, we stopped in Tacome to spend some time with Aurora. We got her then stopped by this old fashioned burger joint, where you order your food from your car or at their outside area and then they come out on roller skates with your food. I remember seeing that done in movies LOL! Here's Aurora and Jeromy...

We stopped by his parents house for a visit... the weather has been great all weekend...Afterwards, we took Aurora to the the Pt. Defiance Park...Come OOOOONNNNN, how cute are they??????????After dropping off Aurora, we finally headed home. Here's Jade and Kent holding the little boxes we got them. The lide open and are a real smooth wood.

Ok, well that's all folks.
