Another fine weekend.

Saturday I had to work. Not too bad though. I like "gravy" nights.

Sunday morning we went to church, and Jeromy's parents, Chuck and Joanne, met us there. It was great to see you guys at church. Then we all went out to my favorite, The Pancake House for lunch and visited.

After that we came home and just relaxed around the house. Jeromy got a new wireless printer and is syncing his lap top along with Jade and Kent's lap top to it.

Here's a couple random pictures of the kids. Jade at her drawing desk in her room...

A close up of her drawing, she is really good...Here's Kenton, awesomely cute as always...

Jeromy and I also ran out to Verizon, he got his phone number changed and his upgrade. He changed his phone number cause he's still getting handyman calls and he doesn't do that anymore. Plus alot of solicitors trying to sell him tools, etc. I was also ready for an up grade, so I got a new phone also, but they didn't have it in stock so I should get it in a few days. And what's cool about it, is even though it can't take pictures- not supposed to have a camera phone in the shipyard, but I can still receive pictures from other people, that is sooo cool!

So I've been working on some of the frames in my house, rearranging and framing stuff. I've been wanting to get all our past family pictures framed and going up the stairs on the wall. And I finally got frames to do it... our current family picture is in the living room. I like to get a family picture every summer. So the first one of us in blue is 2007, us in green in 2008, and us in (my favorite) purple 2009. We wore brown for our current fam picture... I put stickers of the year on each picture- LOVE it!Another picture project I have been wanting to get done is the 3 pictures of all 3 kids at age 10 in black and white. I had done it for Jade, then Kent, then when Jeromy and I met, Aurora was only 7 so I had to wait a few years, to get Aurora at age 10! She's 11 now. But I wanted to use wall stickers saying "ten years old" with their pictures all around it. And I finally got Aurora's picture developed and 3 matching frames. There's Kent in the corner of the picture drawing.A close up of the 3 kids at age 10... so cute...I would like to say nobody was injured in the framing of these pictures but that would be a lie. While framing one of the pictures the glass slipped out of my hand and I tried to catch it and missed and the glass sliced a chunk of my skin off my pinky finger... I was freaked out. I was more scared than hurt cause this was the worst cut I've ever had. Now I know J2 and Maranda are probably thinking I'm a big baby right now.... and well, I am! (There's a shout out for you, too Maranda!) Jeromy was great cause I started tearing up cause it was a huge gash (for me anyway), but then he stopped babying me so I almost called my mom but it was too late! It was already starting to swell by the time we took this picture... I know I am such a baby!Yup, that's gonna leave a mark.

So that's about it. I'm looking forward to my physical therapy appt tomorrow. My neck has been tight for almost 2 weeks now and I want them to FIX IT!

Good night!

Katie - You always call your mom when you're injured - no matter when! That looks just like my thumb injury when I tried to use a mandolin in the kitchen and found out just how sharp they are. You should have called in sick from work! Call me if you need anything. Love you, Mom

Ouch! That hurts. Don't feel bad though. I pass out with pain. Seriously! And not only my pain either. I do it when I look at other people's injuries too. (Side note...I did not pass out when I saw your finger. Ha ha. But I might have come close if I saw it in person.) The good thing....your wall turned out really cute!
