Gearing up for this half marathon in June...

The 10 week training schedule suggests that you be running comfortably for 30 minutes for 4-6 weeks before starting the 10 week training count down for the half marathon. I think I am there.

So today, I did 2.75 miles at the 5.0 mph which is the 12 minute mile, and that took 33 minutes.

In a few more "sessions" I'll get back up to 3 miles.

Why do I tell you all this you ask? Well, actually this is kinda of a way for me to stay accountable for my training and to get excited about the...

I know you can do it. Great job! I think I might do the 1/2 marathon in June too. That is if I am in Washington.
