Christmas Eve Eve....

Today was another great day.

My mom and dad stopped by this morning with 3 trays of cookies and 2 pans of cinnamon rolls, she said there were extra for the Trig family to share with us, that was really sweet mom- WOW!!! Thanks mom and dad, that was great! Look at this tray of cookies with candies and everything...

And check out these cinnamon rolls... she even brought over a tub of frosting... maybe cause Misty and I always ask if we need to buy our own frosting for our rolls, well not this year huh Misty!!!

Oh yeah, my mom made me another cozie for my cup, and it's a Christmas one.... Jade made me a pot of coffee mom so I could try it out right away...

You know what was really cool about today..... I GOT THE DAY OFF!!! SO THAT MEANS MY VACATION STARTS TODAY.... I almost feel guilty saying it, but I have the next 12 days off from work.... I guess this government gig isn't all bad.

Sooo, since I had today off, I was able to go to our church's Christmas Eve Eve pot luck- woo-hoo!! We made Jeromy's famous meatballs. All the food was wonderful. Here's our table...

I was in baby heaven tonight. I got to hold baby Hannah for a while, she's getting to be more like a toddler now... so super cute eating her jojo...

Here's Tessa and me and baby Grace. She's just 5 months old and I got to hold her for the longest time. She's such a good baby. She even fell asleep for a while while I held her. Jeromy asked if my hormones were going to go all haywire cause I was around so many babies... that tends to happen... lol!!!

It was a great night of food, singing Christmas carols, visiting, and also hearing from some people who are new Christians talking about how their lives have changed. It's so cool cause I still consider myself a new Christian as well, and it is exciting to see the changes in my life, how what I used to think was so important is not, and vice versa.

Now we are home again. Just relaxing. The girls are drawing non stop and I love it! I bought some paper at costco so they could keep their creative juices flowing... here they are drawing...

Well, time for bed. The next couple of days are REALLY going to be full of some fantastic busy fun!!! Good night. And remember: Jesus is the reason for the season!
