Fabulous weekend.

Did I mention every weekend we have is booked till sept. My cousin Laura just got back from a camping trip and I want to go camping, too, but I don't know if we can squeeze it in this year, maybe in sept. but I hate being cold and with school starting up... who knows....

First things first, we headed over early saturday morning to pick up Aurora for the weekend.

Then, my other step-sister Ann and her family came over for the weekend at my parents to visit. Here's Ann and her husband Lance...

Our parents were having a BBQ for us all. Ann, Misty and myself were there... all we were missing was Nick for our parents to have all their kids there....

Here's Jade and Haylee, she's Ann's 16 year old daughter. They also have a 22 year old son but he was busy working.Ahhhhh, there's that cute happy couple again....Here's something you don't see very often... my feet propped up relaxing.... it's a GOOD thing!

Mason and his smores....Those cheeks....Those eyes...That smile!! Look how cute her face is!! She looks just like you Misty except she's got those chubby little baby cheeks...Denny, Mason, Aurora and Haylee were outside finding snakes and lizards... they found one....Then last night our friend Michelle from church invited us over for dinner. I didn't get any pictures of that, but thank you Michelle for a yummy dinner! Well, I missed the kids cause we hadn't seen them in a week, so we had them spend the night! This is what I woke up to the next morning.... awesome kids... I don't even think my eyes are open all the way yet...lol.... Kent and Austin the 15 year olds were already playing video games. Gotta get a few minutes in before church...

Most of the girls had planned on getting all dressed up for church. Julia age 14, and Tessa age 13- beautiful girls inside and out...Jeromy thought the girls all looked so nice that he'd dress up, too....This afternoon, we had our family pictures schedules at JCPenneys. This year we were wearing purple!

Ok, so our first family picture was in 2007 we wore blue... actually Aurora came over in that pretty blue shirt then we all got shirts to match it...Then in 2008, the color was green... not too shabby I must say...

Then this year I wanted us to wear purple for the 2009 family pictures, my favorite color. Jeromy wasn't too thrilled with it, but he wore it for me- these are our cool shirts....I took some pictures at home just before we headed to JCPenney's, so you get the idea, but you'll have to wait for the real thing.

The parents... I think he looks good in purple, er... we're actually calling it a "manly plum"....The boys, I LOVE those colors...The girls... look at my face... I think I'm even getting tired of all the picture taking... could it be possible??? Naahhhhh!

After that, we headed over to Famous Dave's for dinner... cause.... it had just been awhile! Then it was time to take Aurora home :o( too short a visit, but we did have fun.

Now I just need some quiet time with my Bible to get filled up again for the new week. Hope you all had a great weekend! Love ya!
