4 great things about today....

First: It's Friday!!!

Second: It's the first day of summer and it looks it!

Third: It's the kids' last day of school!

Fourth: Today is 8 months Jeromy and I have been married!!


Now for more details.... I dropped off the kids to school, and I had to go into work early today for 2 hours of training and then I got the rest of the day off which was nice! Especially since it's Friday! Jeromy and I also met at the duplex where he was finishing up the final paper work for the new tenants, it's nice knowing that got rented out so quickly!

Then it being the first day of summer and it was beautiful out there, the weekend sounds a little iffy though....

The kids also had their last day of school!

Here they are each holding their year book, Jade's is bigger cause its' from the high school. And you know what she told people? She told people signing her year book not to write anything bad cause her mom reads it and Jade also doesn't like cuss words.... she's amazing! And I read what people wrote in Kent's year book, and people were so kind, they said how honest he was, a couple people said he's the nicest guy they've met, and he's funny and sincere. I was really impressed. Kent was a little embarrassed cause some of the girls wrote "love ya" hahaha, he's so funny!

So now I officially have a freshmen and a junior- even though Kent's still in junior high, he's technically considered high school. I am TOO young to have 2 high school aged children... right? Anyone? Anyone?

Also Jade brought home some of her drawings from her drawing class. Here is her self portrait she did, pretty cool I think....

After getting the kids, we met up with my mom and took the kids out to a movie for their last day of school, we saw "Kung Fu Panda"...I dozed a little bit so you'll have to ask the kids how it was. And then the kids went with my mom to spend the night.

And lastly, Jeromy and I are celebrating 8 months of marriage!! We decided to have steaks for dinner just the 2 of us. That was really nice!So now we're just relaxing. Hope everyone was able to enjoy some of that sun today!!
