The last couple of days.

A couple of days ago we went to my mom's and Jade made her world famous lumpia! Yum! Isn't she a cutie?

 I also made some delicious fried rice... grandma was happy.

 Then we had sort of a new year's eve-eve night over at the Smiths to hang out with the McLellans. Her are Jeremy, Jason and Jeromy about to head out to get more food for our Mexican dinner.

 But Jason accidentally backed his monster truck into my little baby car. My new Honda Fit..

 The passenger side door was smashed and it shattered the window.

 Me crying over my car.. but it's just a car right?! We are supposed to praise the Lord in tough times right Laura? Well PRAISE THE LORD!!!

 But it is just a car and they/we have good insurance. Nothing to worry about.

 Besides we had other fun things to do like hanging out with friends and family... from left to right: Christy, Laura, Aurora, Katie, Jade, Jeromy- J3, Jeremy- J1 and Jason.

 OK, so the for real New Year's Eve. Earlier in the day everyone was playing on their toys!

 We actually found this really cool game- actually 2 games thanks to the Jones'... and look everyone is playing it!

Jade made her yummy spicy chicken wraps- so goooood!

 The Jones family came over! With their family of 5 and our family of 5 it was a good crowd! We had multiple games going on thru out the night. Chess, connect four, scattegories, some leap frog etc....

 Jessica even got some knitting in.... Kent loving his phone....

 One of their daughter's Kaylynn- I know I'm spelling that wrong, was showing us how to play this new game with blocks, can't remember what it's called. But she's only 7 I think, and she was amazing!

 Jade's eyes are a little scary here, she was trying to intimidate her brother! LOL!

 We also had a huge 2013 poster we all took turns drawing on- even the parents.
