MONDAY: 4 MILES (done!)

TUESDAY: CARDIO (yeah yeah)

WEDNESDAY: 5 MILES (easy peasy)

THURSDAY: 4 MILES (yaawn)

FRIDAY: CARDIO (yup)

SATURDAY: 6 MILES- yikes!!!

SUNDAY: REST! REST! REST!
