Does that make sense?? Sometime next month I officially start my half marathon training again!! So right now I'm holding steady at running 4 miles about 4 times a week. Just finished running my 4 today... cooling down.... this might be TMI but I can't shower right after running cause it takes so long for me to cool down that I could literally still be sweating after I get out of the shower if I shower too soon... yeah... kinda gross... so I have to wait a few.
We are having our family fellowship tonight. Several families are coming over tonight. Jeromy was in the mood to make hamburgers. So we got Costco hamburgers and also turkey burgers. Those hamburgers are a whopping 25 grams of fat each while the turkey burgers are only 6 grams of fat... just sayin'. And Aurora said bacon burgers sounded good, so we got bacon! Yum, haven't had a bacon burger in forever... good thing I ran 4 miles :o)
I'm sure I'll be taking pictures tonight and will post them tomorrow! Have a great Saturday!
